Q: What happens if my plans change and I need to reschedule trip dates or cancel?
A: If your plans change and you need to reschedule your trip dates, we are happy to accommodate your change based on availability. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable but you can apply this deposit toward your future visit.
Q: How do I get from the airport to Tepoztlán?
A: After landing at the Mexico City airport, you find the booth selling tickets for taxis. They point out where to get your cab. It takes two hours and costs $150 USD. There are cheaper ways, and we send you those with a welcome package after you book your visit.
Q: How do I prevent theft while traveling?
A: Preventatives measures common sense. Keep your money, passport, and other valuable papers in a money belt close to your body. Avoid carrying valuables in a bag with a shoulder strap. Stay away from dark areas and try not to travel at night. Do not wear expensive jewelry or carry a fancy camera.
