Who We Are:

Don Karp, manager and co-founder of Mexico Living Experience, has lived in Tepoztlán since 2003. He writes blogs, and has three publications about his experiences as an expat. From his interest in forming community, he has helped many expats settle.

Jim Doney, originally from Seattle, has lived in Tepoztlán since 1993. His helping many people moving here led to the concept of Mexico Living Experience .

Oksana, born in western Ukraine, is our special host for expats from there. She traveled in 20 countries and moved to Mexico in 2020.

Greta Bonsema, The digital mistress for MLE, is a multicultural professional focusing in e-marketing, media & PR. Born in the Mexican capital she has lived, studied and worked in various global locations.
